my eats for today.........morning vits taken.....water started
breakfast.............coffee/miralax .......banana
snack....................trial mix
lunch.....................nachos 😛
snack....................applesauce
dinner...................tuna casserole
snack....................cottage cheese/pineapple
Thursday... 2 more days to the weekend.. ugh..
I still have my headache and the cortisone makes me hungry... but knowing that the hunger is due to cortisone - helps me make better choices. I bought some good decaf coffee and I mixed some of my coffee with decaf. I am having a slight headache (miss my caffeine) but I will have a small coffee later to offset that.
repeat to self: it is ok to be hungry. It is not going to kill me.
today plan:
coffee + Miralax (50% decaf)
water with lemon
coffee w miralax (weak)
frittata
Sausage -+ veggies
Protein shake
nuts
BTW: I think I probably had adrenal insufficiency for a long time but was never diagnosed until I got older, and *****y and demanded an answer why I feel so tired and so out of it. It i snot critical, just enough to mess my system..

Hello... Tried to post yesterday, after typing my post ( on the phone) I hit something and deleted...Argh.
so far today:
B- shredded squash, 2% cheese, cottage cheese
S - 100 cal ice cream bar
l- dames as breakfast + 1/2 tomato.(loving that VEggetti!)
D going out to celebrate granddaughters birthday.
No no exercise tonight. Pilates last night and when I got home I walked around the inside of my house until I hit my 10,000 steps. If anyone was looking in, they'd think I was nuts!
