Friday Cafe and Cardio.

I am back on plan more or less.  Unfortunately the 2-3 weeks off plan made the scale go up.  

Long weekend ahead of us.  I need to plan ahead and make sure i have my good snacks with me at all time. I plan to cook great food (low carb) so that will make me stay on plan.

Grilled salmon, steaks, great veggies. If great food is home - i will be less likely to cheat on my diet. 

Today: 

Coffee + Miralax

Water with more water.

Sausage, veggies.

Baked chicken. Veggies

Protein shake. 

D: not sure....

So true...if you have good, healthy foods handy.....that is what you will eat!

I need to get some more protein powder ....I use Isopure and it is not available in my small town.  I go to Amarillo and get it at GNC.   I know I can order it online, I just don't.  I am going to Amarillo next week so I will pick some up then.

My long weekend will be spent getting kitchen and baths ready for granite !!  Not gonna lie, I am a little excited about all the remodeling going on at my house!  Plus my oldest son and family will arrive tonight to help.....can't wait to hug on them Grandkids !!!   Haven't seen them in seven weeks......the baby is eight weeks old is why I know exactly !! 😉

my eats for today and the weekend......morning vits are taken when I brush my teeth....good habit !!

breakfast....today.....scrambled egg and cheese.....coffee/miralax

                  Weekend.......egg and cheese ( made plenty to have on hand). 

Snack.........grapes or banana

                  Weekend.......will have plenty of fruit in the house for Grandkids

lunch..........turkey sandwich and SF pickles

                  Weekend......am cooking a pork roast AND a ham in slow cookers.......we will be winging meals, I          will cook plenty of veggies tonight

dinner..........leftover chicken and veggies

                    Weekend.....same as weekend lunches ! 😳

snacks..........tonight.........popcorn

                     Weekend......who knows.....
