Helo BOTTers...glad it is wwekend.
I had super busy week. Weekend is planned only part time. Saturday my friend and i plan to go to a local trade show for women. They started that a few years ago. They have goods, and local places that sell and provide services to women. One year they had fake designer purses...and I bought 2...they do look almost real and are really well made. Another year I got bunch of coupons....nit sure what to expect this year....but it is more hanging out with my friend and having good time.
Eats today will be on the run. Then some dinner. Not sure we what or when.

Coffee w Miralax x2
Protein shake or 2
Protein cookies
Water and tea
D: some meat or fish and veggies.
Lns: nuts and chips with salsa. (Veggie chips. )
Exercise: lots of walking...

First weekend after being back to work.........my summer is over.......students come back on Monday ! After moving out of my classroom and then having to move right back....I am finally ready for the first day of school ! Now to get back on track with my eating ! Summers really mess with my food plans....I need the daily regime of scheduled meal times.....that makes me more organized about my eating.
This weekend will be spent texturing and painting my bathroom, plus installing some of the new cabinets. My sons are coming next weekend to help finish installing cabinets...then the week after Labor Day, we will get the granite counter tops put in and have a plumber finish the sinks and the new half bath......busy, busy, busy ! But it will be so worth it !!
My eats for this weekend....
breakfasts.............eggs, bacon both days
lunches.................probably sandwiches and pickles.....have stopped eating chips as of Aug. 3. Yay, me !!
dinner..................tonight.....going to dinner with friends out of town to celebrate our August birthdays.....will eat steak and salad and baked sweet potato.....and oh, my ! one of the restaurants homemade rolls.....am definetly splurging on one of those !!! Will bring home leftovers !
tomorrows dinner.....leftovers
snacks..................watermelon
going grocery shopping and buying healthy foods for lunches and snacks......preparation is key !!!

B- 2eggs, slice of low fat cheese, slice of tomato, 2tbls. shredded squash
s-almonds
L- leftover chicken, sun-dried tomato salad
D- grilled chicken w/ spinach and feta cheese, little bit of pasta, split piece of tiramisu with hubby
s- snacking on nuts now...grrrr
think I'll go out for a short walk. Walked for about 75 minutes this morning.
trying to get through the rest of the evening w/o much snacking.. ( I know... Do not try, do!)
Saturday went quite well for me food wise and walking.
Sunday is here and it is gloomy and wet. Already had 2 coffees and my morning vitamins.
We are going to lunch then a movie. Back home for some R&R and dinner.
Just chilling.
