TGIF - Friday cafe and cardio
Good morning... Yesterday was very hot in SC. I got oveheated and had to stop my yoga in mid practice. Still was good. Got home and ate good meal....then ate a few too many snacks. Ugh...why?????
But what's done is in the past. Live and learn. Again.
Today i plan to be mindfull of my intake. Exercise. - housework.
Tomorrow will bring better day.

Good afternoon. Cool, but muggy, and threatening storms, in upstate NY.
Good day so far... eats:
Coffee - Miralax
B - two eggs, slice 2% cheese, couple tbls. shredded zucchini
S - 100 calorie ice cream bar
L - Cheeseburger w/ 1/3 bun, lettuce, onion... 1/2 cup tomato soup (had the soup first)
D - ?
Will be on the road/eating out... hopefully, a salad with protein.
S - ? hopefully a reasonable amount of nuts.
Got up very early this am, so I took a 1/2 hour walk.
