ok hi peeps...I apologize a head of time for this being lengthy..i really need to start over bc I haev regained 80 pounds in the last 3 years and at the same time I was diagnosed with chronic migraines and a rare congenital disease which caused me to have holes in the bones in my ears and at the base of my skull. This has caused me to have severe dizziness and a lot of other symptoms..nedless to say exercising is out, the meds that I'm on cause you to eat and eat and eat..i suffer from terrible nausea so I eat a lot of crackers..most days that's all I eat. I'm supposed to avoid stress but that's impossible in my house...any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated..thanks
I would think you should see if you can address the medical issue. Can you go on zofran or something else for the nausea? Crackers are not going to be giving you much nutritionally and all the carbs can't be good either. Can you find some things higher in protein and lower in carbs to much on that will fill that need. Like make Parmesan crisps or buy Quinoa chips?

For nausea I use ginger. Ginger with foor, ginger in tea, tea ginger, ginger capsules. Crackers can be tempting but they would only add to issue long term.
