Morning...hala, if you're starting a post right now I'll eat my hat! But, only if it's high protein....
feel like I've been on a two-day spiral, free for all which culminated in a blood sugar reading of 41 yesterday afternoon. Time to cut the **** and get back to basics... Have a picnic today for our motorcycle club. Should be fun.
Today's 'plan'
coffee + miralax
B-Turkey quesadilla
L- not sure what will be at the picnic as it's being catered...I'm sure some sort of chicken
D- not planned right now
Have a bunch of freshed picked yellow squash, will be sautéing some later today....
Will get some sort of exercise in today. Went to the gym last night, but, only lasted 20 minutes on the arc trainer as I was still feeling effects of blood sugar issues.
I got busy this morning. Had a massage at 9 so it was all rush. Yea...low BS can mess me up for hours or even days. So nothworthed... Glad you are doing better.
We are having a few people over tonight so i am busy.
Eats:
Coffee. + miralax with more coffee water...
L: protein shake
Nuts
D: I am fixing burgers, salmon and chicken. Some veggies, chips, etc. Cheesecake and fruits for dessert (i will not have any- allergies.
Exercise - cooking and cleaning. Socializing.
