Back On Track Together
Thursday Cafe and Cardio
Looks like i started my post a few minutes after yours... ( I removed mine)
I blew my plan yesterday... started really well.. then evening things got off track.. all because of wine.. and then another glass of wine.. ugh.. but but but I had to try the wine... We are having a few friends over for barbeque on Saturday so i bought some inexpensive wine....and I wanted make sure the wine is good enough...(if not I can use it for cooking). One glass went down very easily ... followed by a second glass... but no headache today... wine was rather nice.. for the price... I don't plan to drink any on Saturday..(I get super sleepy -drank after 2 glasses and when there is party - I lose track how much I had - so I better not have any, maybe 1 glass when everyone leaves.. )
But - off plan for me means still only the food that I would normally eat anyway - just much more of it....so no real mega - issues ... In 6 years - I learned that carby - sugary foods - or foods that I allergic to give me so much pain or major issues - that I no longer indulge in them. I still can eat huge qty of meats, eggs, nuts (I DO LOVE MY NUTS) and some dark chocolate... especially when drinking wine...- wine opens the pouch and stoma....no restrictions..
Today...(I will not count the food I ate at 2 or 3 am... - wine makes me hungry)
coffee + miralax + more coffee
water with diet tonic... (needed to rehydrate)
coffee + coconut milk
green tea - later
my protein bread like cookies + spicy green olive spread..(so good - also needed the salt) + a few slices of crispy bacon...
protein shake (bought new vegan - no soy proteins from Costco - so I need to try it)
D: egg frittata + some meat...( or some of the other food)
LNS: nuts or blended protein shake...
Exercise:
Yoga...
