Bought one today. Had some stir fry, "Spaghetti veggies" last week from Wegman's... DELISH. When I went to buy more, they were asking an unGodly price. So today I bought one of the tools to make my own. Cut up some onions and made zucchini and yellow squash into "Spaghetti." Simmered with a touch if olive oil then added a little soy sauce...mmmmm..... Tasted just like Ramon noodles. Probably would taste great under some red sauce.

I actually snacked on veggies last night...might have to add some to my breakfast, they were so good.

I totally need to buy one. I often use zucchini as the base for my red sauce and meatballs, but I just cut it and pretend its pasta.

I got one of the Veggetti last week, haven't used it yet. Wasn't sure the food would be good, but your post makes me want to try it so I will tomorrow. Thanks...
