Monday - Cafe and Cardio
I'll start. Back home from the cottage, where I spent a lot of time cleaning the past few days. Have today and tomorrow off, but have rented the place out, so had to come home...so hated to leave. Warm and sunny here in upstate NY...looks like tomorrow will be a rain day.
so far...
coffee...(out of Miralax...I'd better go get some)
B-2 eggs, 1 slice of 2% cheese and 1/2 sand which thin.
S- barbel cheese, couple tsps nuts
L - small salad w/ ff dressing, tomatos, deli ham and turkey
not sure about dinner yet. Will probably have a yogurt snack in about an hour. Tonight is my big exercise night. 1 hour of Pilates, then 1 hour weight lifting (light, but painful!).
will grab a bite after that.
