The personal trainer session was WONDERFUL. Yes I said that and no I haven't been hacked. I had a great session with him, turns out he interned under my physical therapist for a semester in college. When one of the machines aggrevated my knee he took me off of it and called her for her "opinion". We'll try that particular one again in 3 months. All in all, I feel great this morning. A few minor aches in some muscle groups that are normally undisturbed. Today is cardio day and back to strength training tomorrow.
One tip that he gave me and that I want to share is about keeping our metabolism going. We all know that we need to eat small meals about every 3 to 4 hours. He stressed the timing of breakfast as being crucial. He said we need a protein within 30 minutes of waking up. He personally had rather see it in "food" form than as a protein shake but to get it in was what was most important. Also a great late night snack would be cottage cheese. The casein proteins in it take about 6 hours to completely digest so our body would be working most all night long.
It's worth trying.

Fantastic. The breakfast thing does not work well for me... I tried that in the past. Due to my RH - my body then into yo-yo up and down BS - so I get hungry...really hungry...
I know that starting day with breakfast works for some people... I am sure. Keep us posted.
