It is still raining in SC... Wet and cool...
Good wise I did good yesterday if you don't count the 3 glasses of wine (total during the day). The good thing about the wine is that my guts are moving (I have problem with motility of my insides) ...but no more wine food a while...
Today we masy try to see as movie, and dfo some things in the house. I really woulkd like tyo go to yoga today..

Green tea and herbal tea..
L: protein cookies,
Water with lemon, tea
D: burger, cucumber, broccoli
S: protein shake
LNS: nuts...
Snacks: protein cookies, nuts, chocolate {I made my own - with stevia - but it is still a very high fat and calorie food - but I account for it in my plan)
