TGIF - Friday cafe and cardio
Hello BOTTers... Rise and shine!
Yesterday was difficult day for me - food wise. A few days of higher carbs left me craving more of the carbs. Just because there were "good carbs" does not mean there were good for me.
But I did relatively well...getting back on track I learned I not limit qty of "good foods" but first limit what food I eat... Once I can stop eating carbs - then 1-2 days later - I can limit qty ASN calories.
But I went to yoga yesterday and that was nice.
Today I will try limit qty and calories.
Eats:
coffee and coffee with Miralax
Green tea
Lots of water
Protein shake
3 eggs, pickles, 1/3 avocado.
Protein shake,
Protein cookies.
Maybe yoga again ?
Dinner: burger or some food and veggies.
LNS: nuts - but only if I need them.
(I love Costco sirloins ready to eat burgers - they are already grilled and frozen. They are not the cheapest - but I typically buy them on sale and store in my freezer. They have fat - but I typically warm them on my George Foreman Grill andf that's remove some fat. Adding a slice or 2 of tomatoes+ pickles - and lots of yellow mustard is a great meal for me (it fills me up)

Today:
coffee and miralax
B - 3 oz chicken speidies, cheese slice, tomatos on grilled Tumaros wrap
S/L - nuts, barbel cheese wheel
D - awesome grilled chicken, fig, goat cheese, pear salad. Ate half, will probably have the other half for breakfast tomorrow. Also had some French onion soup.
no real exercise today but lots of cleaning and a 75 minute motorcycle ride.
might have a Yasso, frozen Greek yogurt pop. Maybe not.
