Thursday cafe and cardio

Ugh.... I got really upset yesterday. Finances and my lack of responsibilities - got one of my CC bills and I initially thought that someone must have used it fraudulently - it was that high...but after checking the bill - it was all me.  Some were business expenses, some medical bills, but there was number of stupid purchases.  Really not needed.  Ugh... I guess I need to do better.  I do need to save $$$ for new carpet in the house...I can't- should not be spending so much. Stupid. 

Anyway - thas also was excuse to eat too much.  Crazy. Today my belly is all distended and I hate it. I ate some nuts that I know I should not (I don't tolerate them very well) but what's done is done. Right ? 

Today is a new day.  

Eats: 

 Coffee + Miralax + coffee

Green tea

Protein shake

Protein shake

Protein cookies

Dinner: not sure if I have late business dinner that also would affect if I can go to yoga or not..

Exercise: yoga... (Even if I have business dinner - I will try to plan it at 7:30 so I can go to yoga at 5:45..

Just for today.....

 

i will ill come back and log EVERTHING I eat...

I will let yesterday go...

I will take a walk and do some light weight lifting.

I will start doing some of the chores I've been ignoring, yet stressing over.

 

so far:  coffee x2 + miralax

B:  turkey "quesadilla". 2oz turkey, 2% cheese, Tumaros hi protein, low carb wrap.

Yea...let's do it.   

I have a doc - PCP - appointment on Monday and ...I need to be as low on a scale as I can.... I need to show my doc that I really worked hard (I did) ... He is always supper supportive in what I need... I need to do my part

Okay, my day:

 

coffee x 3 + mirilax

B - ended up only eating 1/3 of my turkey quesadilla, but had the rest of it for a mid morning snack.

L- 1/3 grilled chicken salad on Tumaros wrap, with lettuce and tomato.

S - 18 pistacios

D- 3 oz chicken speidies ( marinated chicken) on salad, corn on the cob

Lns - pistachios

did really well today -go me!  Went for an 80 minute walk and did do a little, light weight lifting.

Now I just have to do the same for one more day.....

(((hugs))) let it go. Your aching belly will be all the reminder that you need.

Budgeting is not my strong point. I know I need to do better and I've gone back to using cold, hard ca**** pains me to open my wallet and pull out a $20. I don't give it a second thought though if I whip out the plastic and swipe it really quick. It's almost painless until the bill comes or I check my atm balance. I went through a phase where instead of comfort eating I tried comfort shopping. It's a bad, bad, bad option for me. Clothes, groceries, housewares...you name it and I bought it. YIKES!!! Putting the credit and debit cards away has helped.

The kiddo went back to school this week. He was excited to be back with his group of friends but sad to say goodbye to his carefree summer days. He's such a great kid. Kiddette doesn't start until the week of the 25th. She's living with her Mom and seems to be excited about being back with her friends too. She is one of the most entertaining kids I've ever encountered. I love that she understands sarcasm and how to use it. Life with her is NEVER boring.

Today is going to be a great day:

commute: coffee

Breakfast: Bagel

lunch: Mexican chicken

snack: Cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and ranch dressing

Dinner: Chicken tortilla soup

Just gotta watch my serving sizes and practice those healthy habits.
