Sunday - cafe and cardio
Good morning everyone. I wish weekends are at least 3 days long.
Yesterday after the second glass of wine (at home) I just fell asleep on the loveseat. I was so tired and last few days sleeping 4-5 hrs finally got to me. Woke up long enough to take my evening meds and easy my face before going back to sleep. Slept like a rock.. Finally I am cauth up on my sleep.
Today I will take it easy. I only have a few things to do (replaznt some herbs and veggies into bigger pots, put together the grill we took apart for super cleanup job, ) I don't even plan to do much cleanup in the house. That will have to wait.
We probably will go see a movie, and just chill.

Coffee + coffee with Miralax
Green tea
B: eggs, bacon, veggies
More coffee and green tea
S: protein shake, protein cookies
D: baked or grilled salmon with veggies.
