Saturday cafe and cardio
Nice and sunny and hot here. Super busy week and busy Saturday for me. I had to do some home and yard work, and I hired 2 people from 8 am to 1 pm on Saturday to help. So even if I wanted to sleep over today - I could not.
I did a lot of work, so suddenly I was super hungry. Still ate within the plan for type of food
Easts:
Coffee and more coffee with Miralax
Protein shake
Canadian bacon (4 slices)
Protein cookies : 3 servings total.
Salad w cajun ranch dressing
Grilled chicken + 2 glasses of wine.
LNS: probably nuts.

You did great on your eating plan today.....I tend to throw it out the window when I am busy.....something I need to really work on. Hot here today, too.....we reached 102* !!!!! Yesterday when my air conditioner went out, it was 104* !!! Air was fixed within an hour after I called repairman #3 !

breakfast............egg and bacon
snack.................pretzel
lunch..................shredded wheat and milk
snack..................cheese and 5 crackers
dinner...................chicken, potato, green beans and some gravy
snack.................... Nothing......I am stuffed from dinners
I have bee drinking a lot of iced tea and today I added SF raspberry.....it is SO good !
