I am insane........
According to Albert Einstein...Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. So I must be insane !! 😝
I keep eating the same foods, same amount of calories,(between 1200-1500 a day), same amount of exercise and I keep expecting to lose weight. Obviously a near starvation diet doesn't work for me, I simply maintain my weight at this calorie level. I ( like a lot of us ) must cut back to 800 calories and mostly protein to lose. 😔. So, to stop the insanity, I must change my ways!!
Just wanted to let all of you know about the epiphany that I had in the middle of the night ! 😊. I MUST be insane.....😜
I eat 1200-1400 a day - very low carb Keto diet food - and keep losing weight even at my relatively low body fat %...
1100-1200 cal: 20% carbs 35% proteins+ 45% fat....works for me... plus intermittent fast (I only eat during 10-12 hour window in every day.. and dont eat 12-but not more than 14 hrs per every 24hrs)
On that plan - not only I am losing - but I am maybe hungry only 1-2 hrs every day.....I know it may not for everyone - but works for me..

I know I need to up protein and lower carbs.....my fat intake is ok? Just averaged MFP for the past week.....oh, my ! Too little protein, too many carbs...trying to be accountable.....Going to do better on that....I am great at recording on MFP daily, just don't look at percentages very often. Thanks for your percentages...gives me a goal. 😊
