Good morning BOTTers.  SC still cool and rain expected, but only isolated.  I always try to look for good things in anything - so even though I am tired of the rain and humidity - the lawn and my plants don't need extra watering and my car (at least outside) has been "washed" almost every day. And I am saving on cost of keeping my house at reasonable 72 F..

I will be very busy today. Work, then acupuncture, and have to go for business dinner. I need yoga today, but not sure now I can fit that in my today schedule.

Eats: (planed - since I am not sure what I will eat)

Coffee + Miralax

Tea and SF lemonade

Protein shake, protein cookies, nuts (as snacks)

Curry chicken+ cucumber salad

D: out - I may be getting steak? Scallops or some fish and a few bites of veggies

Exercise: yoga and walking...

Hey Gang!! I'm loving summertime. I'm not spending as much time in and on the water as I have in the past but I'm enjoying it when I do. The local fruits and vegetables are amazing this year. A local farmer has opened a market and is selling his goods...oh boy. I get so excited about stopping by on the way home. The best tomatoes EVER!!

Eats today are pretty standard for me:

Commute: Coffee

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with sheese & salsa

Lunch: Frozen Weigh****chers meal

snack: Coffee & a dozen animal crackers

Dinner: Beenie Weenies (homemade w/ leftovers from the weekend)

Exercise is going to be fairly serious amount of housework. It was a rainy weekend and the kids (big & small) and dogs were confined indoors. I've got to get it back in shape before it gets out of control and takes months to recover from. Yikes!! I had intedned to do it last night but had to head in the opposite direction after work to be with friends going through a crisis. Things worked out favorably and all is well today, so I guess I have no excuses for housework tonight.

Yall remember to drink tha****er and take those vitamins.

My few "cranchy" snacks are :

- pork skins - surprisingly they are good and small snack is all I typically need. Thery keep forever, and sometimes I nuke therm for a few seconds to refresh them.

- home made or bought cheese crisis (crackers made from cheese - so good -  I used to could, but don't east them now due to allergies)

- homemade turkey pepperoni chips - just use turkey pepperoni and nuke them between 2 sheets of paper towel - until crisp. Very good.

- home made zucchini chips (there are recipes for that - google it)

- kale chips - again - google the recipe or buy in a store.

- Terra veggies chips, or Peacrisp chips (the last one are supper addictive)

(If you can't find recipe - pm me and I can post on here or send it to you )

Many times I use good salsa to dip my chips in.

I also use pre-measured nuts or sunflowers seeds. ( it is way to easy tyo oivereat on nuts - lots of calories)
