Monday cafe and cardio..
It is late and I am tired. I went tyo bed too late last night... And even tough I did do much physical things today - thee rain and there overcast - just make me feel tired. Not sure if we need to start building and Ark?
I was bit hungry today but still was able to eat on a plan
Coffee + coffee with Miralax
Tea , water and morning bits
Letcho (with sausage)
Protein cookies x 2 - I did good this time
More coffee with almond milk
Protein shake ( I gasd to run errands and was glad I had it in the car. )
Home: dessert type meal won over dinner. Berries + proteins cream + almonds and chocolate syrup. Again my eyes were bigger than the pouch so half of it end up back in their fridge.
Fed and played with the kitten. That's all... Time for bed.
