Tuesday....Cardio and Cafe

Been a good week so far......Weather is cooler and I have actually accomplished a few chores around the house.

Plus, I have been getting on the elliptical everyday for four days !!  Am not on for very long, but every minute counts !! 

My eats for today......morning vits taken......liquids started...

breakfast......cottage cheese/pineapple

lunch............turkey/cheese sandwich ( no chips !!). Yay for me !!!!

snack............watermelon or grapes

dinner............grilled chicken or pork/ mixed veggies or salad

snack.............protein coffee or shake......depends on my mood !

Great job on the elliptical!!  Our weather is perfect for this time of year....hazy, hot and humid. I love it!!! Of course I'd love it more if I was either on the beach or in the water right about now. Afternoon thunderstorms are supposed to roll in here just about the time I get off work so I'm guessing that beach time is out of the question for today.

Eats for today look like:

commute: Coffee

Breakfast: Oatmeal with small handful of dried cherries

snack: animal crackers & lactose free milk

Lunch: Frozen Entree

snack: Greek Yogurt

Dinner: Big Salad (Baked Spaghetti for the Skinny Man & Kiddo - YUCK)

Yall remember to take those vitamins and get tha****er in (especially in the summertime heat).

Hello BOTT Family,

Hope everyone had a gret day.  My first day trying to work from home with no pain meds...Ouch!!!

I was able to follow my eating plan and thanking him for a second chance at restriction!!!
