Yoga last night kicked my butt. So today I am going for an easier one...still going.
eating was good. Scale is nice. Got to run.
post and share.. come on people.. we have lots of weight to lose...
I had to run to yoga after work. It was good.. really nice.. still challenging but more of breathing and holding poses. I take that anytime.
I also realized that I need to wash my feel before every practice. wearing flipflops all day then going yoga and getting my feet close to my face (forward bends) is really not cute.
I did not eat enough today.. got busy with a stray little cat.. anyone wants a kitten?
today:
coffee +miralax + more coffee
pork roast with veggies.
tea (forgot to eat)
drank 1/2 shake before yoga..
shake after yoga.
dinner: chicken with some veggies.
LNS: nuts.. (maybe)

Hi Botts:
I lost another pound (1/2 lb. a week...I'll take it!). I cleaned inside today because the big doggie is still dropping her fur. So I got through the whole first floor including the powder room. 2 hours of steady work. I donated and tossed a huge drawer of VCR tapes. I am not sure if resale shops take VCR tapes. I may end up throwing them away. I did save the Disney tapes for the grandkids because we still have a working VCR player. I was really hungry today and probably at too much...ugh! I have a 90 minute rehearsal tonight to keep my mind off of food. I will try to get to bed early tonight. Hope you all have a great day. Tri

1/2 lb is great. -At least the scale is going down.
I lose app 1/2 lb every 2 weeks ...if i am lucky. Since I reached my 10 lbs loss - now it is uphill - so I am adding exercise. Yoga.

Today was my first day home all day after my trip to Midland for eleven days.....I was VERY lazy.......
took my vits and drank lots of tea
breakfast.......coffee/miralax....pineapple/ cottage cheese
lunch.............turkey,cheese sandwich AND some potato chips. 😳
snack............handful of grapes
dinner............more cottage cheese and pineapple.....just too lazy to cook OR go to grocery store.....gotta do that tomorrow.....we need lots of things, just bought enough to get by yesterday......

Sorry I'm late. I always log and post my food on MFP, but I need to be here also for comments and support; coming back to where I need to be. My day starts pretty early (4am EST) and so does my food intake...here was my meal for today.
EMS - Chocolate Protein Shake -11oz.
B - 2 slices of Turkey Bacon w/2 slices of French toast (wheat bread) 1/2 tsp of I can't believe it's not butter w/1/4 cup of sugar free syrup
MS - None
L - Grilled Aruba Beef burger topped with slice fresh pineapple, lettuce & tomato (packet of light mayo) (no bun)
AS - Hanover Stick Pretzels (28)
D - 3oz. Roasted Cold Chicken Breast
Exercise - 30 mins Treadmill

You know it is what it is... I had days worse than that. Somehow seeing it printed - was liker "Wow, crasp, o ****" And "O well, this is life" lol...
Btw- I adjusted my goals on MFP to reflect that I need to aim for 100 gr proteins + 60 gr carbs and rest fat. I adjusted that on website - main site MFP..
Fat keeps my body happy - so I don't overeat on carbs. Fat also helps me..."go" easier (sometimes too easy....)

B-thin meat patty with cheese.
L-vegetable bacon (doesn't contain as much protein as I thought it did).
D-Protein Bar
soooooooooo tired and did not feel like cooking today. I eat the meat patty for bkfst due to I wake up at 1pm because my shift begins at 3pm. Usually works out to where I eat at 2pm as my first meal of the day.
There is nothing wrong to eat meast patty anytime - even for early early breakfast. When I was in college (long time ago) cold pizza was a great breakfast... Or the remaining of meatloaf... It ment I did not have to stop anywhere and could sleep the last 30 min.
Don't forget the Miralax ( I use generic Lax from Costco or Sam's) by the qty I use - I need to buy their stock....
I found out the hard way no pun intended) that I can have daily BM and be severely constipated (backed up - small intestine) - have c-scasns to prove it. Not fun.
