Challenge - Check In

I thought about this yesterday but then got sidetracked.

How's everyone doing with their personal Summertime challenge? Anyone having problems (or successes) that they want to discuss?

I'll know when I step on the scales tonight just how I'm doing on the weight loss. The water is good about 70% of the time. I find I'm either all or nothing with that particular goal. I did get a really nice new insulated HOT PINK mug that I"m using for water. It's a quick visual clue to get busy.

Hi botts:

I have been trying to lose weight for 3 weeks and I have only lost 2 lbs.  I have to be patient with myself.  I also began swimming and biking.  My arms and back feel more muscled so that perhaps counts for a little weight.  I will keep chugging along and see how far I get this summer.  I hope everyone is doing well.

Iris:

I fill a 64 oz. bottle with a Crystal light pack every morning and it is gone by night.  I also drink a lot of coffee in the morning so that may negate the water intake.  Sounds like you are doing well with your challenge.

take care, Tri
