Tuesday Cafe and Cardio
Yesterday I ended up giving in to a hot dog bun with chips and dessert at our leftover bbq bbq for our friends. The good news is I pawned off all the potato salad, pasta salad on a friend to take home. I then got my hubby to crush the remaining chips dump them loose in the garbage and put soap on them for good measure. I have no more junk in the house :)
Today!
B: protein shake made with orange juice, ice, vanilla whey powder, strawberries
S: cheese string
L: burger patty with tomato sauce and cheese
S: veggies and hummus
D: burger patty with veggies
S: cherries and strawberries
Cardio, I am tackling the elliptical at the gym whether my foot likes it or not... in flip flops if I have to. I am craving a good hard workout and haven't been able to do one in 3 weeks!
