Sunday is almost over. Doing good here. 

Spent the day with my BF doing small odds and ends at home, then we went to see a movie, X-man, back home for dinner and some fun together.  I have MRI tomorrow and a doc appointment, then late I am flying to FL for 2 days - business trip. 

It will be buzy 3 days.  I made my proitein cookies so I can have "food" handy. They turned out very nice after I dried them out (they are more like crisp-cookies). At 210 cal per serving, 15gr fast and 125 gr proteins - they are better snack for me than nuts. I will arive really late, past midnight on Monday, and  I know I have lunch and dinner on Tuesday. Breakfast andf lunch on Wednesday and back home late on Wednesday.   Not too bad. 

Tomorrow for MRI they want to maker sure my guts are empty so I am taking easy today. 

Coffee + coffee + Miralax

Protein cokies, prosciutto chips 

Protein shake  

Thai soup with shrimps

Protein cookies.  (Needed to make sure they are good enough

Scale says I am going down and I can tell the difference in how I look and feel!! For Saturday I ate-

b-thin meat patty with cheese
l-cheese its
d-grilled chicken breast-coffee
snack-cheese.

I slept all day Sunday because my work schedule is crazy!! So I will post what I eat next, on Monday!

You doing very good. Determined. Great,  it is a reward when we see the scale showing losses and see the changes in our bodies. 

If I may comment - from painful personal experience - please make sure you don't get constipated - I used to have daily BM - but still got really constipated when I ate high protein diet and did not add many veggies or anything else thast weoulkdf promote proper trannsition.  Now I taker Miralax daily, plus magnesium, plus enough fiber and water to make sure I don't get that again.   

One year - I was in so much pain - only to discover with CT scan that I was "full of it" despite daily BM... It took me 2 days on liquid to clean things out,
