Saturday cardio and cafe...
Hello BOTTS ! Beautiful day here in a Fort Worth ! Grandkids are out with their parents with some friends, so hubby and I are relaxing !! Plan to go shopping later. I am from a small town and there is very little selection to chose from for ANY kind of shopping, so when I get to a big city.....shopping is my addiction !!
not doing too bad on my eats this trip.....been gone three days and the most calories I have eaten in one day is 1500......most of those came from Joe's Crab Shack !!!
Exercise has been very little. 😔. I did do quite a but of walking yesterday, but not enough to offset sitting in a car traveling all day one day.
my morning vits have been taken.....water started
breakfast..........cottage cheese, pineapple and coffee/miralax
snack................banana
lunch.................we will be eating out somewhere.....probably Chipotle
snack.................grapes
dinner.................grilled pork chops and veggies
snack..................?
well, that is my plan.......I hope I stick to it !! Good day to all !!!

I finally lost another pound. This is sure slow going, but at least it is going in the right direction.
My food plan:
B: frittata: 2 eggs, 1/2 potato, turkey, rf Swiss cheese 250
L: turkey, rf cheese, mushrooms, zucchini veggetti, pasta sauce 300
S: plain Greek yogurt and frozen fruit smoothie, veggie soup 150
D: turkey spam, pie crust, rutabaga, potato and onion 500
S:cheesecake 330

exercise plan: bike swim, walk
Have fun.. Shopping is a lot of exercise.
Day is nice here. 2 weekends ago I basked my protein cookies asndc in the process burnt my hand mixer. Thought it was as sign to buy kitchenaid stand mixer, but ...BF had a nice hand mixer in his house (never used) so I am good. So I made some more protein cookies. ( i have to make them because with dairy, soy and gluten allergies - there is really not much in ready to buy snack choices. (Most Jerky had soy sauce).
Today eats:
Coffee+ Miralax (x3)
Protein cookies
Semi homemade thai soup with shrimps
Protein shake
D: ???? Not sure if we eat home or out

I put a very aggressive goal of 1000 cal per day...but that's low. I may need tyo increase it to 1200. Will see

My protein cookies is rather complicated since I can't use whey or cheese or milk. I have to improvised with other - vegan proteins - some of which has really bad smell and aftertaste. (Brown rice proteins...)
But I used to make protein cookies with whey - I need to find my recipe. In a meantime - try this site. She is inspiration for my cookies and some my baking.

My cookies end up to be (3 cookies) app 14 gr fat, 14 gr proteins, 10 carbs (with 4 fiber) ..app 200 cal per serving of 3 cookie.
I dry them (crisp them) so I casn keep the in my cast, the purse, Office desk
I use stevia, coconut oil, eggs, and protein powder plus coconut flour, chia seeds, flax meal. Add some pumpkin pie spice and lots of ginger... . or use cocoa plus some orange extract for a hint of orange.
I make basic thick batter, then use nuts, seeds, and coconut flakes plus a few raisins to add good carbs.
Simple recipe is use PB, add eggs, sweetener, some protein powder with little bit oif baking powder - mix all together, spoon on cookie sheet and bake it.
I need to avoid carbs. Good fat is good for me.
