Bottoms Up!!!! It's so humid here this morning. It's going to make it easier to get all my water in for the day.

Just walking across the parking lot caused me to break a sweat on my way in this morning. Yikes. PT this morning was a beast. I really like knowing that I get to end with 10 minutes worth of icing and elevating in a nice quiet room. It makes the 45 minutes of torture a little more bearable knowing that a reward is coming. She did teach me how to tape my knee caps in place. It makes walking much more stable. I'll take that.

The plan for today is looking like:

Breakfast: Scrambled egg and cheese

commute: coffee

Lunch: Tuna Salad, cucumbers & crackers

snack: Greek Yogurt

Dinner: BBQ chicken breast & Squash

LNS: Watermelon cubes & small handful of smoked almonds

Exercise for the day was most definetly my physical therapy this morning. UGHHH.

Good Morning Everyone!
It's nice and Toasty in Southern California!

My thighs are ON FIRE! exercise was great last night and I am sure paying for it!
Today I plan to run 2 or more miles around the block in the neighborhood in Torrance.

I like all this Post Activity! Love, Love, Love....

For me... Breakfast: Whole wheat muffin, egg and cheese
and COFFEE

Snack: Banana

LUNCH: Cottage cheese and shredded pineapple

SNACK: Rolled up lean turkey

Dinner: maybe nothing. I usually am not hungry, but we will see. After my run, I might be starving!

I hope everyone has a great motivated day! (Let's Move it, Move it, move it...like the song on Madagascar) LOL! Too much coffee already. Can you tell? hahahaha!

I wanna hear for everyone and your meal plans!

It's cold and rainy here in Calgary, Alberta!

last night I went for wings with the girls... which usually results in fries and alcohol as well but yesterday I stuck to my guns, I had a salad and 4 wings, We went for frozen yogurt yesterday and I passed, just sat there while they ate theirs, didn't feel left out just reminded me of after my surgery and how easy it was to say no to things.

B: protein shake

S: cheese string and veggies with hummus

L: salad with sliced steak, cottage cheese with a little ranch dressing

S: chicken bites

D: GF coconut crusted chicken fingers with roasted broccoli & salad

S: sharp cheddar cheese with a little peanut butter on it

 

workout, going to try to go to the gym later tonight

🎶On the rode again....🎶

We are heading to Fort Worth area for granddaughter's 6th birthday !  Still waiting on news of new Grandbaby to arrive.......different family....so we may have to leave Fort Worth and head to Midland any time.

I am really trying to be good with my eating with all this traveling.....last summer I gained 15 lbs because we ate out so much........

took my morning vits before we left and have a 32 ounce jug of water in the truck with me....didn't fix me a diet coke......that is a good start !!!

breakfast.................turkey/cheese roll up 

snack......................none today 

lunch......................on the road.....protein forward !!!

afternoon snack.......?

dinner.....................I plan to grill some chicken and veggies

have a great day !

Hi All,

Beautiful day today, I wish all were like this. sunny and warm with
a nice breeze and no humidity. The first part of the week the weather
was crazy, thunder storms, tornado alerts, creepy looking skies but
it's all better now
My exercise for today was running errands and just bought a new bottle of vitamins so I'm good there.
My eats are

Breakfast- 1 slice of toast with 2 eggs
morning snack- cheesy eggs and salsa
Lunch-spinach and feta chicken patty with mustard
snack-packet of peanuts
dinner-going to sister's not sure what yet
snack-see dinner

Hala, I'm taking your advice and having less carbs. I notice I'm
not near as hungry as I was yesterday.

B: egg beaters, rf cheese, turkey slice, sm tortilla, grapefruit 280

L: turkey burger, rf cheese slice, whole wheat roll, lettuce, tomato, 1/4 avocado, 1 t. sunflower seeds, 2 T. Italian dressing, pear 520

D: turkey, green pepper, spaghetti sauce 400

S: tortilla chips, rf cheese and 3/4 avocado 400

I am doing good today. 

I still hate my scale .. but the "*****" got the memo and a showed some small loss.. I am still at more than 170.. but... 

eats today are easy: 

coffee + miralax. (x 2)

green tea + vitamins

L: salmon, asparagus veggies,

S:protein shake

S: almonds

D: not sure -   but maybe frittata and greens... 

S: shake.. (maybe)
