Back On Track Together
Friday - Cardio & Cafe
It's Friday and I'm doing my happy dance...
The kiddo had his first week of Driver's Ed and I survived it. Next week he finishes the classroom part and then he'll do the driving part before Septemeber. I can't possibly be doing this again. Can I? Skinny Man will have to do this when Kidette is old enough. I'm certain my nerves will be shot by then.
The food plan for today looks like:
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs
snack: Stick cheese & peanuts
Lunch: Frozen entree
snack: Greek Yogurt
Dinner: Chinese Chicken & Broccoli (made at home with very little oil & no rice)
Exercise is planned as 3 short walks today - 1 at lunch hour, 1 right after work and another after dinner. The knees don't seem to mind it as bad and I end up covering as much ground as I would during a longer walk.
Yall have a great day. Remember to take those vitamins and drink tha****er.

Morning BOTTS!
The rain clouds have finally gone away and the sun was out this morning so I took a nice stroll to work instead of getting dropped off in front of the door.
I'm down 1.4 lbs from yesterday! woot and I had a NSV too, there was a pair of larger jean capris I had to buy last year but this year they were so tight (lay on the bed and do them up kind of tight with a big muffin top) so I put them on today and they did up without any effort... so excited!
B: protein shake made with coconut milk instead of dairy
S: cherries
L: 4 meatballs with marinara sauce and grated cheese
S: veggies and hummus
D: chicken and roasted broccoli
S: cheese string
We are having our neighbors over for a bbq tomorrow for a get to know you kind of party! so I'll be busy prepping and cleaning tonight. I plan on going to the gym at lunch today and doing treadmill and strength training.
Have a fantastic Friday everyone!!!!
Good morning Botts:
Good luck with teaching your son to drive. We went through that several times. After they got their licenses we realized the minivan was carrying 6 passengers at a time. We decided to limit it to 3 passengers at a time. When we traded in that car all 4 corners had bumper dings, the paint was spotted because their school parking space was under a berry bush and birds gathered above the car daily and the little hood ornament was laying on it's side. The sales woman laughed when we traded it in. Have a great weekend everyone. Tri harder

I was super busy today, I was trying to have a short work day, and got to work late but end up working until 9 pm. Ugh.., urgent quotes..,
I will be out of town next week - Monday - Wednesday, (business trip) so I had to make sure we only get current RFQ and nothing from before.
Eats were simple. Sausage hid from me all day, so I ended up having tuna and nuts and chocolate.
Coffee + Miralax x 3..
Green tea and vits
Tuna + cucumber salad
Protein shake
(_Stayed late at work so needed some food) Almonds and cashews and 1/2 of 86% dark chocolate (cocoa growes on tree = fruit) chocolate = fruit..

Tomorrow is another day..
I did not Gert enough proteins today. I need to do better,
