My food plan:
B: egg beaters, lean ham, rf cheese slice, low carb/high fiber toast, sf jelly 160
S: Zucchini veggetti, pasta sauce, rf cheese slice 100
L: chicken thigh, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, seeds, dressing, croutons 300
S: sausage, whole wheat low carb roll, rf cheese slice 280
D: 2 chicken thighs, vegetti, pasta sauce, rf cheese 320
S: string cheese, veggie soup, Greek yogurt, clementine 275

My exercise plan:
3 loads of laundry and daily chores, cleaned out the utility closet for an hour, vacuum 1st floor, swim lengths, bike
My finger is still there. Someone suggested putting crazy glue on the cut to help stop the bleeding. I had no idea that so many people use generic crazy glue for cuts like that.. Works really well.. It still hurts if I bump it accidently and my cat tried to chew on it in a middle of the night.. (OUCH)
My eats are simple today (at least the planned ones) I really wantto lose 2-3 lbs in one week.. so wish me luck..
coffee + miralax (x 2)
green tea and my morning pills. more green tea
Proteins shake (the green one from yesterday)
protein shake (another green shake)
one more shake (got new vegan powder - wish me luck)
dinner: not sure but will figure something out.. meat and veggies?

It is going to be scorcher here today -95+ and humidity.. so I will be drinking a lot of water..(at least plan to)

Good Afternoon. It is hazy, hot and humid here this afternoon. It's been hovering in the upper 90's and heat index was over 115 the last time I checked. Work has been crazy the past few days which is actually a blessing in disguise. As long as we're busy I don't graze in the breakroom nor do I have time to dwell on the weekend's tragedy. Being busy means I don't always get enough water in though. Once again I'm trying to find my balance in oh so many ways.
Eating today has not been good....way tooooooo many carbs. 1/2 Bagel with cream cheese this morning. A 1/2 slice of pizza at lunch time. Dinner tonight will be much better though...boneless pork chops on the foreman grill, cucumbers in vinegar, broccoli slaw (Moma fixed it for sunday dinner and it is Wonderful) and Watermelon for dessert. The one thing that I've tried to do lately is when I catch myself with out a plan and I grab a poor choice, I only eat about 1/2 of it. That seems to do the trick without making me feel a whole lot of guilt.
Knees are freaking killing me today. Physical therapy again Thursday morning. I'm thinking I may have overdone it this weekend. I did A LOT of walking the neighborhood and pacing. Thanks for the continued prayers.
