During the week last week I was really good about meeting my water goal...the weekend was not so good but I'll do a seperate post about that. It's Monday and it's the start of a brand new week. I've got this.

Hi Iris..
I am doing OK for my goals except the exercise. And I badly cut my finger so no yoga for me for at least 1-2 weeks. But I plan to walk.
Eating - its OK.. but yesterday I had some carbs - (good one - mostly) so today my scale is up 2 lbs .. Over the weekend - it was showing under 170.. but this morning scale -"the *****" was not nice. But I do feel I am getting smaller - my clothes fit me much better..and I can feel my bones.. and less of "back boobs".
Water: check
proteins: check
vitamins: check
Life is OK.

Join in...we were setting some personal goals for the summer. If you look back through the last 3 weeks of posts they all have something with Challenge in the title. Let us know what you set for yourself.....mine is 1/2 gallon of water daily and lose 10 lbs by Labor Day. - Iris
