Haven't been on regularly......summertime !!

my morning vits have been taken......water consumption well on the way to 100 ounces

my eats for today....

breakfast......coffee/miralax........bacon/eggs

snack...........watermelon slice

lunch............pasta and beef

snack............watermelon

dinner...........grilled chicken/ veggies

late night snack.....?
