Down ten pounds!? Wow!!
I just started bot on Wednesday and I stepped on the scale today and it says 195!! I weighed about 3 weeks ago and I was 205! I don't miss the Dr. Pepper anymore and I am enjoying eating my protein and very low carb foods! I am not snacking and the best part is that I do not feel hungry. I am drinking at least eight glasses of water per day too. So I am happy to be bot and I am excited to see each week what the scale will say. Glad I cancelled the appointment to see about a revision of my RNY bypass from 2005!

Keep it up. And remember that on days when you get tired of the "diet". Giving up is not an option.!!!
