I won't do a re-introduction for I have done it 2 or 3 times in the past. Just will say I am at the start again getting BOT. Have been doing well with stopping the Dr. Pepper (my addiction) and just drinking water for 3 days. Have cut carbs and ramped up my protein. Starting to feel better now.
By the way, where is Tess? I have not seen any of her posts and she use to be on here most days. Hope she is well!

Tess is taking time of to concentrate on her life.  I do hope she will be back. 

A short introduction about you may be nice... Name - so we know how's to address you, would be nice. 

It is good to clean diet.  When I don't eat very clean I don't even remember how bad that can  affects me.

what are some low carb snack ideas?  like veggies and what not.
