Monday Cardio and Cafe
joining in so I started it today.
I messaged Tess, she says to give her best to the Ladies. Things
have been rough for her but seems like they are settling down a
bit.
Todays Eats:
Breakfast-Wedge of cottage cheese/pepper cheese/veggie pie
water and coffee w/ ff half and half
Lunch: fish and veg in parchment with salsa
water and coffee/ffhh
Dinner:salad with bacon, egg, pepperjack and ranch
water and maybe more coffee
Evening: maybe a boiled egg and bacon if I need something
Walked for 20 minutes or so, baby steps, might go for another
10 minute walk if the rain lets up

I'm so glad you updated us on Tess...I miss her!!! I think it's hard to step on toes around here. There's sucha great sense of teamwork that I don't think it really matters who gets things started. We all just jump in.

Thank you for letting us know that you contacted Tess. I really appreciate that and she is often in my thoughts!
No worries about stepping on any toes around here!!! It's great when anyone posts anything, it really brings a lot to the table (so to speak!) for all the rest. Even if someone just posts a fleeting thought, as far as I am concerned. This board is all about each one of us, independently and together.

Let's not forget about vitamins and water. On days I don't drink enough I get hungry and east more. Sometimes thirst feels like hunger.
