I had a very good day today.   kept it around 1600 calories and feel pretty good.  I know it is going to be a long journey.  I wonder what I will weigh a year from now if I continue to eat 1600 calories?  Tri

My food for today:

S: 1/2 nut protein bar 100

L: mandarin chicken salad, whole wheat toast 500

S: nsa/ff cheesecake, strawberries 230

D: veggie soup, chicken breast, rf cheese, whole wheat roll 500

S: nsa ice cream 100

B: monday Special K sandwich 180

exercise will be singing for 2 hours, gardening and vacuuming

You are doing a great job!. 

I am at herbal conference this week and the food isd not really what I like and need. I have dairty and soy allergies and there is so many foods that has either or both that I am lerft wityh eating just my nuts, and some other foods I brought with me. 

I made a mistake and had a couple oif bites of what they called "turkey burger" only to find out it had 90% soy .. 5% turkey and the rest were other stuff.  I reacted to their 2 bites and had to take allergy stuff that knocked me out cold for 2+ hours. Grrr.. 

But lesson learn. No more their food,  screw that.. 

Beside that the conference is amazing, people are great and lectures so informative..

My husband travels with work once in a while.  Often he gets very little to eat because of his ciliac disease.  Often they give him a vegan meal.  They put wheat in everything.  We have learned to send food with him.  I am glad the conference is going well.  I hope you can share with us.  Tri
