I had a very fun weekend with multiple parties.  Family and friends are great.  I did eat too much and many wrong foods however.  Today has been a lazy day and didn't feel like doing much of anything either.  The calories added up too quickly again today.  I will go to bed early tonight so I am not tempted to eat anymore today.  Tomorrow is back into the garden and cleaning.  Hope you all had a fun weekend.  Hopefully you were better with your diets than me.  Tri 

B: Plain FF Greek yogurt and 2 clementine oranges 200

S: salad: lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, cheese, sun flower seeds, croutons and fat free dressing 200

L: mini bagel, rf cheese slice, deli ham 200

S: veggie soup and taco 250

S: slice of pizza and ice cream 600

D: grass fed NY strip steak, sweet potato 500

Sometimes we need a break.  I had a very hungry Monday,  I was eating and eating and eating.  I had to chose good foods but still ate too much and did not drink enough.  

I had to eat "good" foods because otherwise I get sick or in severe pain and lately no goodf is worthy that. 

Eating too much or not drinking enough still gave me some cramps but they did not last long time.
