HUMPDAY
It's also my FRIDAY!!!!! Whoop!! Whoop!! Of course when I scheduled the next two days off I hadn't planned on a doctor's appointment for each day. Oh well. Hoping & praying for lots of answers at both of them. Tomorrow is the arthritis doc. Friday is Pacemaker and Heart doc. Yippee :-\
Today is supposed to be another beautiful, sun shiny day. I plan on being outside on my lunch hour to soak up some of that sunshine vitamin. I've got a fresh brewed pot of decaf tea waiting for me. The morning vitamins and meds are taken care of. It's going to be a GOOD day.
Gotta question for yall....eggs have been a staple of my diet for the past 5+ (nearly 6 years). The past 2 or 3 times that I've eaten them they seem to just sit really heavy in my stomach. Sometimes feeling like they want to come back up. It hasn't mattered how they were fixed (hard boiled, scrambled & over light). I'm retrying them this morning soft scrambled with some cheese and salsa in a tortilla. Not sure that they'll stay down. My question is this....What causes our pouches to tolerate something for a while and then throw a temper tantrum about it the next? I guess mine (my pouch is named Oscar the Grouch) just wants to prove he's there and still in contol.

Good luck with all those doctor appts. I tolerate all foods, so I can't help you with your pouch question. Today we have a summer day in Wisconsin. Sunshine and 80 degrees. Only in Wisconsin can we turn off the heat in the morning and turn on the air conditioning in the afternoon.... my plan today is to work in the yard and then go to rehearsal in the evening.

Hi Iris. I may be some type of temporary allergy - intolerance to eggs or ... Sulfur in eggs. Give them up - a break from eggs - 2-3 weeks and try again.
I had to do that once in a while since I was in my 20's. Sometimes I need to stay away from them for a month or 3. Other times a few days is enough.
