Good morning, that sounds challenging, but doable.  You also carb detox and may feel little sick.  May I suggest you add some chicken broth in a middle ?   If you would want to do that for a few days - make sure you add some salt to your diet.  Drinking broth in between shakes is a good way to add salt.

I just read your post.  That broth sounds like a good idea.  That many protein drinks was clearly too much for me.  I think I will drink 3 tomorrow and stick to protein and veggies to help get used to not eating carbs.  Each scoop of protein has 9 gms of carb/20 protein and 120 calories.  Thanks, Tri

Use salt on veggies. And some butter.  Butter good.  Get enough fat.  Fat keeps belly happy.  Carbs want more carbs.   Hugs. You doing great.

It is Sunday.  I am staying away from wine and carbs.  I had 1 large  glass of wine on Thursday and did not fiil good on Friday,  I guess I can use that calories for extra fat and chocolate.

I am trying to follow really low carbs - high fat- 80-90 gr protein diet...  I use natural fats like eggs, avocado, bacon,  bascon greese, coconut oil, etc.

Wine helps me with - after dinner. Otherwise my insides are rather painful (iBS issue)    Friday we went out and I had salad, steak and veggies.  I was full -not hungry until lunch next day.

Saturday eats:

Coffee+ Miralax

Scrambled eggs, bacon, veggies

Protein cookies and nuts at the movie

Chicken with veggies in a nice spicy stew-like dish

Water and tea, chocolate (home made - almost sugar free)

Sunday eats:

Coffee + miralax

Slept late so skipped breakfast and went to lunch

Salmon, asparagus + 4 sweet potato fries

2 pieces chocolate (homemade - but it is NOT a low calorie food )

Dinner: cucumber salad and some nuts, blackberries

LNS: some nuts and my chocolate

I have allergy to dairy, soy, and gluten intolerance. Plus severe RH.

The chocolate I made : I use coconut oil, almond butter (or NSA PB) melt all together, then asdd cocoa, stevia, flavoring, pinch of salt. Mix it all. Then add chopped nuts - any nuts or seeds. Make it thick.  Spread on silicon mat, and freeze foirf ast least 1 hr. (Overtnighht works for me) therm break out bin pieces (unless I used silicon type candies form or mini cupcakes - silicon or paper caps inserts needed). Take it from the mold and store in container in as fridge or freezer).  To my last batch I added some psylium husk powder (very fine powder) to make it more fiber. I did not add too much because I can't tolerate too much fiber and I did not wanted to be able to taste it.  But I added enough to add 1 gr of fiber to every small piece.  (The most I can eat is 1-2 pieces, each piece has app 10 gr of fat, 2 gr of fiber, 1 gr of sugar, and 3 gr of protein. The nuts provide crunch)  I am sure protiern powder casn be added, but I have not found not whey proteins thast can add tyo that without changing the taste.

Good Morning... sorry I'm late..

Breakfast:

2 scrambled eggs with summer sausage

and then I fell asleep and didn't wake up until almost dinner so I went to the revealing party

dinner: 2 chicken quarter w/little mole sauce

I feel guilty because I didn't try any of the chips or my nieces cake but I meet up with friends and drank 2 light beers

and then had some menudo around 3am (I tried not to eat the homony, just the meat & soup)

Sunday was a lazy day for me (just stayed home)

coffee (I can't function without it lol)

breakfast 2egg omelette w/pico, ricotta cheese & shredded cheese & piece of sausage

lunch: ham & cheese lettuce wrap

Dinner: chicken fajitas lettuce wrap, with pico, sour cream

Sunday breaks down:

Linda, looks like doing extremely well. Jus****ch for "burn out" days.. They may happen when the body would stop losing for  awhile..or starts long slower.

On days like that- I feel like I want anything and everything. My method dealing with that is not limiting the qty of food - but what I eat - overeat on.  For me nuts and seeds are one of "good foods" . they are higher calories and carbs - but gives my body what it needs.  Beside that - "free food" is cucumber summer salad:  I chop fresh cucumber, lots of dill, add salt and pepper and apple cider vinegar.  I can add some red pepper for little bit of color, or even a few slices of avocado.. (as healthy fat - and because i love avocado). But the pure cucumber salad is virtually calorie free and I can eat as much of it as I want.  (BTW due to my belly issue - I can only eat a few raw veggies without being in severe pain, cucumber and NSA pickles are some of them)
