Good Morning everyone,

I've decide to take one step at a time, I'm going to work on my eating habits first and than move on from there... here is what I had yesterday

Early Morning: coffee

Breakfast: scrambled eggs w/salsa & cheese

Lunch: a wonderful salad (1 boiled egg, piece of summer sausage, carrots, cheese, cucumber, tomato & lettuce) 

Snack: piece of sliced ham w/pepper jack cheese roll up 

dinner: had the inside of an enchilda (about 1/2 of shredded chicken, sauce & cheese) & beans

Calories: 1260 (higher then I wanted it)

Carbs: 45.8

Protein: 93.7 grams

I drink alot of ice water but I haven't kept up with how many glass or ounces ... had all my vitamins YEAH ME!!!
