Back On Track Together
Tuesday 5/13
On the bright side, I somehow lost a pound this morning. I know I eat a lot but I am being honest with the amount that I eat because this has helped me in the past. I spent a lot of time hauling stuff from the basement and down from my daughter's bedroom (she is an adult not living with us). Piles of cassette tapes and kids picture books and toys....clothes, purses etc. Why does it take so long to part with their treasures? Good times and memories I guess. Now I can use them as my exercise as I dig through and haul them for the trash people this week. This afternoon I drove four 35 gallon bags to Goodwill. I found my husband and my high school graduation diplomas tucked away in a box. I kept them....maybe I'll toss them tomorrow.

Hello Tri,
I didn't do to bad yesterday, actually was so proud of myself for not eating the mother's day cakes the girls made me... SMH yes they made me 2 of them ... awww
This is what I had yesterday give or take, I'm saying I should be at 1100 or 1200 but not over
early morning: coffee and then coffee with protein
Breakfast: 2 eggs omelet w/onion, bell pepper, salsa & cheese
Snack: yoplait Greek yogurt apple pie (yuck) I love yogurt but this just tasted plain nasty...so I only had like 2 tbs of it
dinner: had 3 ozs of grilled chicken breast & salad ****berg lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, avocados, carrots & bell pepper)
yikes I almost forgot I had a healthy Choice Greek frozen yogurt before bed...
so this is my breakdown:
calories: 1057
carbs: 57
protein: 78
ok I would have done alot better without the greek yogurt before bed but I was so craving something sweet and since I wasn't going to eat the cake I grab the frozen yogurt
