Eating from the cupboards :-)
Well, No special food plan this month after I looked at my budget for the rest of the month :-) I will be trying to eat like "regular people" by watching portion control---don't groan or laugh ! My cupboards and freezer are full so I'm not worried, I might invent something mighty tasty like sauerkraut and strawberries by the end of the month :-)

I usually don't have junk in the house but I have some bags of chips and cookies that are going to a pot luck tomorrow. I won't bring the leftover home. It looks like I will end up eating 2000 calories again today. I did clean and clean out for 2 hours today and shopped for an hour also. I think today was better than I have been eating the past few days. I will try to eat none of those chips at the pot luck luncheon tomorrow. They are 240 calories per bag. I also have a full freezer and pantry that I should eat down this month. I will also be listing unusual combinations :)
B: protein coffee, mini bagel 240 cal.
S: veggie soup and salad with craisins 200
L: chicken, pita, 2 oz. baked chips 600
S: turkey/rf cheese roll up and 2 oz. baked chips 300
S: 5 Who Knew Cookies 250
D: veggie soup with chicken 200
S: Greek yogurt dip and carrots 250
2040 calories
I bough new freezer, so finally I am able to find lost forgotten food in the olkd freezer. I have lots of meat andf frozen verggies I will be eating this month also.
Regular chips don't tempt me. I either get bad cramps and gas or RH after. Not sure which is worse.
But I do have my "kryptonite" and I try to avoid having that in the house.
