Tuesday Morning
Good morning ! I just finished off the last serving of donut holes ! Threw the bread away, here I go, no bread again, withdrawl lasts about 3 days and then I'm ok :-) I WILL kill that sugar/carb monster again, just need to get in the right mind set again and I know there is support here too. I found some low carb sites that look interesting too that I'm going to check out.
I don't know what I will be eating today, whatever is in the fridge, salad, turkey cheese, ??????

I think we've all been there. I love finding those new (to me) low carb sites and recipes. Sometimes it's just the nudge I need to get back on track with the healthier recipes and meal plans. I know I need to shake up my routine and trust me...it's coming. Just can't bear the thought of throwing anything out these days. Groceries (like everything else) are expensive these days.

ive not thrown bread out but I did better yesterday then I thought I would with it being day 1...but last night was ok but I wanted popcorn or pretzels so bad but I didn't give in..today has been a lil bit better..ive had an atkins shake for breakfast, 2 hard boiled eggs for a snack, lunch I made a small salad with chicken , lettuce,and a hard boiled egg..i still have trouble with the water but I always did
Give tyher ice cream to someone you don't like very much.
