FRIDAY!!!!!!

That's right, I'm shouting it from the rooftops....it's finally FRIDAY!!! It's been one very long week. I have absolutely nothing planned for the weekend. No kids. No girls night out. No honey do list. Nothing. Notta. Zip. I already feel relaxed.

I'm sure some of yall can relate to this next story....I had my heart set on the homemade BBQ that was simmering away in the crock pot yesterday while I was at work. It was a special request by my youngest. All day I thought about it. Guess who set the timer but never pushed the dang start button? That's right this girl. I was so stinking mad when I got home. The only saving grace was the pork had been frozen so it was still very cold inside the pot and could be salvaged. Plan B was leftovers. Even that turned out to be a major fiasco. I finally dumped the leftovers in the trash and went to bed (it was still light outside!!). Today is a better day. And yes....I pressed start this morning.

Today's plan:

Commute: Coffee

Breakfast: Peanut Butter & Apple burrito

lunch: Frozen dinner & small salad

snack: Fruit & Yogurt

Dinner: BBQ with slaw and boiled potatoes

Yall drink tha****er and take those vitamins. Have a great weekend and I'll see yall online again on Monday!!!!

Horray for Friday!!!!!!!

Been there....done the crockpot fail before....it's so disappointing to walk into the house fully expecting it to have the beautiful aroma of a fully cooked meal all ready...only to find it staring back at you the same way you left it.  Yay for the saving grace that yours was salvageble!  Tonight should be delicious!

Breakfast:  banana

Lunch:  braised beef slices and green beans

Snack:  greek yogurt

Dinner:  fish or chicken something quick and easy because it's Friday and I am beat!!!

Hoping not to be in a snacky mood tonight....the evenings have been killing my sensible eating plans.

Exercise...walk walk walk

vits on track...water....damn it's a struggle today!!!!!   on that note..I will focus on it so that it will be one of my little successes for the day.

I am running late today, but am so glad it is Friday !!   

Got my morning vits in and have finished 90 oz. of water.   I have walked almost 10, 000 steps today!!   I am doing good.

breakfast.......coffee/ miralax.........sausage and biscuit......

lunch.............turkey, cheese, crackers and an orange

dinner.............going out tonight

will walk some more and try to eat protein at dinner

my new plan is to revise my snacks .........they have been too carby lately.............

plan to buy more protein snacks over the weekend.......

on an up note......I lost 4 lbs. this week !!
