Wednesday......EATS for today ....
Since Iris is gone for a couple of days.......I am posting......
Beautiful day today....wish I wasn't at work........my yard needs to be worked on !!
My morning vits are taken, working on water, and have walked 4000 steps so far........starting out pretty good...
my breakfast.........coffee/miralax , one ounce turkey and one ounce cheese
snack....................haven't had one, so I will wait to eat at lunch
lunch.....................turkey, cheese, and one slice of homemade bread
snack.....................banana
dinner.....................hubby wants beef liver and onions, so that is what I laid out this morning
Potatoes and veggies
snack....................cheese ? Really not sure
I hope everyone takes their vits, eats well, and moves !!! 😊

My yard needs some TLC too but since it's been mid 90's this week, it can wait. Well, that and the fact that I am at work!!!!
Breakfast: 3 egg whites
Lunch: tilapia and green veggies
Snack: greek yogurt
Dinner: Hmmmm.....what to make/buy/do for dinner....I will have to ponder this today.
I fell a little short on my steps yesterday but today is a new beginning for my step counter/pacer app.
Focussing on getting extra water in today....it's super dry here....only 7% humidity. And really windy...bad combo for fire season.
