Friday - 4/25
8 months til Christmas!!! Just thought I'd throw that out there and depress yall.
The accidental recipe yesterday turned out to be a new family favorite. It was boneless pork chops afterall. The recipe goes like this: In the crock pot you put a can of rotel tomatoes (juice and all), a rinsed can of black beans, a can of whole kernel corn (juice and all), a packet of taco seasoning and 3 or 4 porkchops. Cook it on low all day. I served skinny man's on a bed of rice and dollops of sour cream on top of both of ours. It was awesome.
The only thing I do differently with the chicken version is when it's done I take 2 forks and shred the chicken. I could probably have done that with the pork chops as well but it was really an easy and a great looking presentation.
The plan for today:
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Bagel with Cream cheese
Lunch: Frozen Dinner
snack: Banana ^ Peanut Butter
Dinner: Seafood of some sort
I probably wont make it to the gym tonight. I did however make it last night!!! Lots of stuff going on tonight and over the weekend. Yall remember to take those vitamins and drink tha****er. More importantly yall have a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm elated that today is Friday, but....I am having a BAD HAIR DAY. Now, I am not too particular about my hair but I like it to look nice, ya know???
I was running late this morning so I just had a quick minute to blow dry my hair after my shower. It's got a mind of it's own today....Stupid little flips and awkward waves a-plenty with no rhyme or reason. But you know what??? IT'S FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Breakfast: 3 hard boiled egg whites and one slice of wheat toast
Snack: banana
Lunch: strips of beef over fresh green beans
Snack: greek yogurt
Dinner: chicken taco (Again!)
Snack: string cheese
Exercise....I need to get my butt moving to get my steps in today....I am feeling so lazy, it's ridiculous.
Vits on track
Water....Must. Drink. Water. I'm lagging in this area today too. WTH?!?!

lunch....................chicken quesadillas at a Mexican restaurant. (Took my Student Council out to eat to thank them for serving their school)
snack.....................too full from lunch
dinner....................40th anniversary of the day I said yes to my hubby and he is taking me out for steak
i am going to have to plan better for next week..... Great weekend to all !!!
