I survived Physical Therapy. I feel like a bus ran over me. The main thing is I did it!! Now to do it every other day is going to be crucial.

I'm convinced that my crazy life needs to be a book (or weekly sitcom). Yesterday with Skinny man home from work, the puppy managed to destroy the house. Turns out that the first thing he did was get onto the dining room table and chew up my bottle of Xanax (There were only 4 left in the bottle and Skiiny Man found 1 under the table It would have taken 7 to be toxic for his body weight). Thankfully there was not enough left in it to be toxic. The bad news is...they had the reverse effect on Capt. He became agitated and then proceeded to shred 3 boxes of kleenex and 2 rolls of paper towels. It honestly looked like it had snowed a good 6 inches throughout the house. Then he lost bladder control so it all came in handy for clean up.  Skinny Man claims to have slept through the entire fiasco. SMH.

Today's plan is fairly sensible:

commute: Coffee

Breakfast: Peanut Butter Wrap (with 1/2 sliced apple and small handful of dried fruit in it)

Lunch: Leftovers (1/2 baked chicken breast & peas n' corn)

snack: 1/2 apple with greek yogurt

Dinner: Seafood Salad with whole wheat crackers and cheese

I've just cracked open a bottle of lemon water from walmart and the morning vitamins are taken care of.

Yall have a great day.

Good morning BOTTs.

ISN'T IT AMAZING WHAT MEN CAN SLEEP THROUGH?????????????? There have been a handful of times that total chaos has insued at my house and my husband was conveniently oblivious to the goings on.  (SMH)

I'm glad Capt. was okay though...whew....a huge vet bill on top of the mess would have really made your day.

Hang in there with the P.T.  Watch out for the big busses!!!

Lunch:  Grilled tilapia with broccoli

Snack:  celery with peanut butter
