Yes. Proteins and fats, limit any sugar or carbs.
Meat fish eggs plus non starchy veggies. Plus lots of water, green tea... Limit artificial sugars and dairy or any processed foods.
Don't limit Qty -first few days eat 5-6 meals as day., as much as your need to feel full... Focus on fat + proteins. On 3 or 4th day you may have to force feed yourself.. .
Too many proteins can turn into sugars, So I try to get 5 gr of fast for every 10-12 gr of proteins. Limits my cravings. Avocado, olives, eggs with bacon, sausage, lettuce, green beans, spinach.. Etc., I use stevia as sweetener. Use yellows mustard. And NSA pickles.
First few days - no fruit. No starches, not even a bite.

I try to use as natural fats as I can get. May favorites are organic coconut oil, butter, ghee, bacon, bacon fat, avocado, nuts oil, olive oil. The more they have to process the fat (I.e. soy or canola oil) the worst IMO the fat is for us. I eat bacon (I made it crispy) then strain and use the bacon fat to make my eggs or to saute veggies. Using bacon to saute spinach gives as lot of flavor to that.

That's a lot of carbs in coffee.
I use unsweet coconut or almond milk in my coffee. Eggs, crispy bacon, a few slices off tomato or other fresh veggies. (Cucumber, pepper).
Salads with vinegar plus oil, 1/2 avocado, little cheese, eggs, chicken or tuna. Snacks: string cheese, veggies or pickles. Protein shake made with unsweet coconut milk.
It is doable. Not easy - but can be done.
