Okay gang I'm about to head out and it'll be Monday before I'm back on line. Yall miss me while I'm gone. 

I don't get to see the surprised look (or fear) on the realtor's face this trip when the entire clan shows up to look at a house. The house that we were very, very, very interested in is now under contract. She called yesterday to let Moma know. I swear it's the story of my life....I'm either a day late or a dollar short (or both). It just means something better is coming along.  Just gotta keep saving those pennies.

The plan for today is the same as always. Lots and lots of coffee.

Yall remember to take those vitamins and drink tha****er. I'll see yall in a few days.

my plan for today.......I get off at noon !!  WooHoo !!

Breakfast.....coffee/miralax

Snack.........cottage cheese and pineapple

lunch..........at home....????

snack.........coffee and protein mix

dinner.........grilled chicken and veggies......it is nice enough outside today to pull out the grill !!

Snack.........fruit of some kind

Have a very Blessed Easter !!   Easter eggs are good protein !!  😉

Good morning BOTTs.

We will miss you, Iris!  Have fun!  Come back with a plethora of family stories. 

Allergies are much better today....THANK GOD!!!!!!

Breakfast:  pb&j sandwich (whole wheat bread, no crust & low sugar jelly)

Snack:  greek yogurt

Lunch:  Lemon Pepper tilapia (boring I know but I need the protein)

Snack:  15 almonds

Dinnner:  grilled chicken over a salad and lowfat dressing

Snack:  apple and string cheese

exercise:  lots of walking

Water, meds & vits on track

Happy **** day.  (Sure Happy It's Thursday)
