I'll be more than happy to listen to your ranting and raving on the subject and the subsequent comfort eating that is caused by the stress of the IRS and such....lol....
It's quite the busy week around my house. The kiddette has Spring Break this week. The Kiddo has Spring Break next week. It's their Mom's turn for this Holdiay. It makes planning trips and such so much more work than necessary. She's going to have both kids for their individual weeks out of school and let us have them for the weekend so we can get a 4 day trip to the Mountains in. Come on Thursday.... I think I've got evertything lined up and ready to go from dog sitters to Allergy meds. Bring on the family time. Did I mention there's no TV, no telephone service and no internet? My idea of Heaven on Earth.
Today's plan:
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Sausage McMuffin
Lunch: Frozen entree
snack: Apple & Cream cheese dip
Dinner: Leftovers (Gotta clean that fridge before we leave town)
Yall remember to drink tha****er and take those vitamins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Usually get my taxes finished in January.....thus year, I filed yesterday. It makes a difference when you have to pay !! 😞
Weather is lots better today, I didn't even wear a jacket this morning.....yesterday I bundled up like an Eskimo.
My morning vits are in and am working on water and walking.....
My eats for today....
breakfast.....coffee/miralax.......... Turkey bacon and cheese
snack..........orange
lunch..........taco salad
snack..........1/2....protein shake
dinner..........meatloaf and veggies
snack..........rest of shake

Good morning BOTTs.
Yoga was great last night. I started to get a little too comfy on the sofa after work but luckily the plan was for me to pick up my mother to go to yoga at 5:45pm. I wanted to just crash after an icky Monday at work but I didn't want to let her down. I always have to remember that once I get started doing something physical (ie. walking, exercising) I really enjoy it and not once have I ever regretted it afterward!
Breakfast: 2 hardboiled eggs, 2 bacon
Lunch: Tilapia with lemon (I'm so glad they offer this at the cafeteria now!)
Snack: greek yogurt
Dinner: boneless skinless chicken tenders cooked with salsa over a green salad with tomatos
Snack: apple and maybe popcorn...I am in a munchy mood and I want to do the least damage as possible
Exercise: lots of walking and some sprints up the stairwell every hour if I can break away from my office
Lots of water, going well so far. Meds done, vits in the process of
