Sorry that I'm so late posting. It's been one of those days. Work has been hectic and today was the day that my Aunt checked into the Memory Care unit at the nursing home. I'm feeling kinda "empty" for lack of a better way to describe it.

My plan for today has been all shot to hell:

Commute: small coffee

Breakfast: Sausage & Egg Burrito

Lunch: Subway Tuna on flat bread

snack: Coffee Apple & Cream cheese dip

Dinner: Going out (probably fish tacos)

Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape.

Awww Iris, my heart goes out to you.

Happy Friday, BOTTs.

I had a meds check up today with my psych dr.  All good news to report, I am on a nice little "****tail" and I am feeling pretty darn healthy, emotionally.  Life is good.

Breakfast:  2 hard boiled eggs

Lunch: small bean burrito and small taco

Dinner: Darn it...I forgot to throw the chicken breasts in the crockpot this morning.  No shredded chicken breast anything tonight.  Maybe I will make a salad with tuna.

I'm just delighted that my weekend starts in 2 hours and 20 minutes....yeah...I know....who's counting?????

Exercise and vits on track...working on the water!!!  glug glug glug

Have a happy one, friends.

Gaby

Didn't get to post yesterday because I had a doctors appointment (yes, on Saturday) an hour from my home and spent the day away from computer.  I had an awful eating day, but am back on track today.

you have made the right decision for your Aunt.  Take a deep breath and visit her as often as you can.  She is getting the help she needs.  She is being monitored and fed.  I know it is hard...went through it with my Mom.  Have no regrets about my decision.  May God wrap you and your Aunt a little tighter in His Loving Arms at this time.

Slow and steady !!!!  Have a Blessed Day !!!!!!
