Back On Track Together
Wed. -4/9 - Cardio & cafe
Good Morning BOTTs. We've made it to HUMP day/ It's all down hill from here. That means my beloved weekend will be here (and gone) in a flash.
I'm hoping everyone is having a good week and feeling good. Is anyone struggling with anything in particular that we need to talk about? Rants? Raves? Great new product? Share it....
My plan for today:
commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Turkey Sausage & english muffin
snack: 1/2 apple & string cheese
Lunch: Frozen entree & small salad
snack: 1/2 apple & almonds
Dinner: Chicken of some sort

Good luck defeating the carb monster today---or at the least keeping it at bay. I know, for me, that today will be harder than it could have been because I had an english muffin with breakfast. The longer I can go in my day without introducing the bad carbs the better I can do.

Thanks for the tip! I usually try not to have carbs in the morning and just have eggs or a protein shake. The last 2 days I went off my plan when the carb monster hit in the early evening. I find that if I'm busy doing errands or something other than being at home I'm okay. Guess that's a hint to get out of the house more often. LOL.
If I can avoid the carb monster early in the day, I am so much stronger at fighting him off later in the day. Once he is consumed, it is hard to keep him at bay.
This is something I really need to work on.

Good morning BOTTs.
Happy Hump Day.
I took a yoga class with my mother lastnight and it was wonderful. Very gentle and the instructor was very good. If I go to a few more classes, I think I might be able to continue at home.
Breakfast: banana (had to grab and GO because I was running late!!)
Snack: cocoa roasted almonds
Lunch: grilled tilapia and green salad
Snack: String cheese
Dinner: chicken taco
Snack: greek yogurt
exercise: running stairs 2x every hour (trying to get my metabolism boosted), walking during lunch, and some yoga stretches that I learned lastnight.
Have a lovely day.
