The plan for today is pretty simple:
commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ dried fruit
snack: Cheese & almonds
Lunch: Chicken Salad and crackers
snack: SF Pudding cup
Dinner: Hamburger Steaks w/ green beans
Yall remember those vitamins and get tha****er in!!!

Feeling better this week, physically, by getting in as many steps as possible during my work days. I love the app Pacer on my phone.
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch: tuna and cottage cheese
Break: 1/2 banana
Dinner: chicken taco
Snack: Green yogurt
Working on the Vits and H20...so far so good today.
Exercise: lots of walking and running up and down the stairs every hour
